4 hour Intro Pistol Permit Class Classes on 9/20 and 10/25 starting at 8:30AM Camillus Sportsmen's Club Archery building @ 5801 Devoe Rd, Camillus, NY 13031 Course description - NYSPP1 - This class will fill the requirement for a NYS pistol permit for home premise and to be able to purchase a Semi-auto rifle. If you want a NYS CCW permit you will need to take classes 2-4. 4-hour Initial NYS Handgun safety – Live Class (NYSPP1) Firearm general topics and familiarity. What is a firearm What is CCW and sensitive locations Safety rules Basic revolver and autoloading pistols Proper handgun handling Functions Basic maintenance Basic storage Firearms in the home Overview of article 35 and the castle doctrine Contact with Law enforcement

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy 1. Contact for Cancellations/Rescheduling: o To cancel or reschedule, please contact Mike at mike@jdsporting.com. Kindly provide your full name, scheduled class date, and contact information. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we are committed to working with you on a case-by-case basis to find a suitable resolution. 2. Cancellations Within Five (5) Days of Scheduled Class: o If you must cancel within five (5) days of the scheduled class, the $40.00 booking fee is non-refundable and will be forfeited. In such cases, participants will need to rebook via the website and remit a new booking fee to secure a future class date. 3. Cancellations and Rescheduling More Than Five (5) Days Prior to Scheduled Class: o If you notify us of your intent to cancel or reschedule more than five (5) days before the class, we will transfer your booking to a future class date, subject to availability. The $40.00 booking fee remains non-refundable but may be applied to the rescheduled class. 4. Non-Refundable Booking Fee: o The $40.00 booking fee is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellations, rescheduling requests, or failure to attend. We genuinely empathize with unexpected emergencies and will make every reasonable effort to accommodate participants when possible. 5. Policy Modifications: o JD Sporting reserves the right to amend, modify, or revise this policy without prior notice. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. For exceptional cases or unforeseen emergencies, please contact us directly, and we will review each situation individually.
